All passengers must provide personal identification prior to departure as requested by UAE Coast Guard regulations, i.e. either original passport, or UAE EMIRATES ID. Any passenger without personal identification will not be permitted onboard and any delay caused by failure to provide proper identification will be at the expense of the passengers.
Prior to Arrival
The charterer agrees to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the departure of their trip in order to avoid any delays in the total time of the charter scheduled.
50% of the total charter cost upon confirmation of booking.
The remaining balance to be paid on the same day of the cruise, (depending on the size of the yacht) or at least 2 weeks in advance for specific yachts.
( On specific occasions balance will need to be settled at least 4 week before the cruise, eg NYE, F1…)
Mode of payment:
By cash, cheque or bank transfer to our company account.
Due to poor weather conditions or mechanical failure, SuperYacht reserves the right to cancel or postpone a charter. In this instance, the charter will be rearranged. If this is not possible, any charter fees already paid will be returned in full.
Cancellation by a client will incur loss of the security deposit.
In case of the yacht ownership change before the charterer cruise, Superyacht will provide alternatives within the charterer budget or to refund the full deposit back.
Responsibilities and liabilities:
The captain has total authority over the safe navigation of the boat, the safe use of all equipment on board and may prohibit activities considered to be unsafe.
Any children on board are the sole responsibility of their parents or guardians.
No liability is accepted for any personal injury, accidents or sickness during recreational activities including swimming, fishing, water sports or other activities.
No liability or responsibility is accepted for any loss of personal items on board.
No anti-social behavior will be accepted on board and will result in the termination of the charter.
Shoes are not permitted on board on any of the vessels. The charterer and guests must comply when asked to remove their shoes upon arrival.
